Apply NowA well-established and highly regarded main contractor, is currently looking to appoint an experienced Foreman to support the delivery of an 8-storey residential project in Manchester.
This is a key site-based role, working closely with the Project Manager to drive the internal finishing stages of the scheme through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day internal finishing activities on site
Coordinate subcontractors across trades such as drylining, joinery, M&E, and decorating
Monitor progress and ensure works are aligned with project timelines
Maintain strict health & safety compliance across all activities
Carry out quality inspections, snagging, and handover preparation
Identify and resolve site issues in a timely manner
Provide regular updates to site managementThe Candidate:
Proven experience as a Foreman on similar projects
Strong background in internal finishing stages,
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to read drawings and manage multiple trades effectively
