Fork Lift Truck driver

The Recruitment Group We're on the lookout for an experienced FORKLIFT DRIVER to join our well-established client based in Upper Heyford on a temporary to permanent basis (for the right candidate) About the role: As a FORKLIFT DRIVER you will be responsible for processing goods in, pick, pack and dispatch for HSL warehouse and ensuring the warehouse management systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner.  Support with pack, load and delivery service for our retail clients when required About You: Hold a full UK Driving Licence AND Counterbalance and Reach Licence Excellent attention to detail with Previous experience with pick and pack Competent in using a variety of warehouse management and inventory tracking systems and proficient in using excel Physically fit Proven experience in warehouse work which includes customer service and can work comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and multitask Standard DBS check The details: To complete goods in processing, accurately tracking all items received and raising discrepancies in a timely manner Responsible for quality control of all items received, ensuring products are intact and reporting any damage immediately Put away items into stock ensuring that the locations are accurately recorded To ensure that all systems for the warehouse operation are updated accurately and in accordance with the warehouse processes Occasional support for efficient daily deliveries & collections for retail clients ensuring that the daily schedule is met and deliveries and collections are accurate Complete all required paperwork daily to allow the team to track performance and volumes delivered or collected To complete a vehicle defect check sheet for the vehicle(s) prior use Working Hours: Pay: From £12.71 per hour (£29,741.40) Expected hours: 45 per week (includes paid breaks) For more information and to apply, get in touch with Lindsay at our Oxford branch on (phone number removed) or click 'Apply Now' to submit your application.
