FLT Driver – Counterbalance & Reach (Temp to Perm) We are currently recruiting an experienced FLT Driver to join a busy distribution site based locally. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable hours and long-term progression for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Operating Counterbalance and Reach trucks to move stock safely and efficiently Loading and unloading vehicles Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch Moving heavy goods around the warehouse and production areas Supporting general warehouse operations as required Maintaining health & safety standards at all timesRequirements In-date, accredited Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences (essential) Previous warehouse or FLT experience Physically fit – some items can weigh up to 50kg Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment What’s on Offer Temp to perm opportunity Full-time, consistent hours Friendly team environment Opportunity for permanent employment after successful temp period To apply, please submit your CV or contact Pertemps Hemel Hempstead directly for more information
