Salary: Up to £35,000–£40,000
Overview We are looking for a Workshop Forklift Engineer to join a well-established and supportive engineering team based in the Royal Leamington Spa area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who prefers hands-on workshop-based work, with strong earning potential and long-term career stability.

Service, repair, and overhaul of forklift trucks and material handling equipment
Diagnose faults and complete detailed mechanical and electrical repairs
Strip down, rebuild, and refurbish components within a workshop environment
Carry out planned maintenance and pre-delivery inspections (PDI’s)
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlinesWhat We’re Looking For:
Background in Plant, Forklift, HGV, Automotive, or Agricultural engineering
Ideally Level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification
Strong workshop-based mechanical and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
