Job Title: Forklift Operator (Counterbalance) Location: Nairn Job Type: Permanent The Opportunity Global Highland is recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for a Forklift Operator to join their team in the Nairn area. This is a permanent position offering stable hours within a busy warehouse/yard environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift and supporting the wider team with the safe movement, storage and loading of goods. Key Responsibilities Forklift & Warehouse Operations * Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently * Loading and unloading deliveries * Moving materials and stock around the site * Assisting with stock organisation and storage * Supporting general warehouse or yard duties as required * Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health & safety procedures Requirements Essential * Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence * Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, yard, or industrial setting * Strong awareness of health and safety practices * Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team Desirable * Previous warehouse or logistics experience * Experience with loading/unloading deliveries What’s on Offer * Permanent, full-time position * Working pattern: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm * Competitive salary (dependent on experience) * Opportunity to join a supportive and established team Apply Now To apply, please submit your CV to Kirsty Heughan or apply via this advert.
