An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Fostering Manager to join a well-established private fostering agency based in Birmingham.
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Social Worker with strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.
The Role:
* Provide leadership and management to the fostering team.
* Oversee fostering assessments, approvals and annual reviews.
* Ensure high standards of safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
* Support, supervise and develop social work staff.
* Drive quality assurance and service improvement.
* Ensure the highest standards of care and support for foster carers and children.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered).
* Significant experience within fostering services.
* Previous management or supervisory experience.
* Strong knowledge of fostering regulations and Ofsted requirements.
* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
* A commitment to achieving positive outcomes for children.
