Design Manager – High-End Residential Project (Guernsey - Remote - Outside IR35) We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Design Manager to join a flagship bespoke residential project based in Guernsey. This role offers a flexible remote working arrangement, with fully expensed site visits twice per month, giving you the opportunity to play a key role in delivering an exceptional high-end scheme while maintaining work-life balance. The Opportunity You will be joining the project at a critical stage as it moves rapidly into the fit-out phase, requiring a confident and proactive professional who can drive design coordination and delivery forward. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the design process through the fit-out phase * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders * Ensure design intent is maintained throughout delivery * Identify and resolve design issues proactively * Drive programme and quality on a high-profile scheme Requirements * Proven experience as a Design Manager on residential projects * Strong background in high-end / super prime residential schemes (preferred) * Ability to work proactively and independently * Excellent coordination and communication skills * Experience managing projects through fit-out stages What’s on Offer * 3–6 month contract * Outside IR35 * Remote working with fully expensed travel to Guernsey (twice monthly) * Opportunity to work on a prestigious, high-value project
