* Management of a £10m groundworks package for residential builds
* Groundworks experience ideal / civil engineering experience essential
* Site based role with occasional travel required to a site in Leeds
* Managing cost and value on site for both self delivery and subcontracted works
* Outside IR35
* £400 a day – negotiable dependent upon experience
