Wolverhampton Steel Frame Building - 12 month contract

Circa £350 - £400 per day

START MID DECEMBER 2026 for 12 months

One of the Midlands best respected Buildng Contractors has been awarded a £12m building package baed in Wolverhampton. An award winning privatley owned business with a long history of trading and repeat business from its clients.

A high quality driven building contractor that cares about its people and clients, workiing on projects valued from £2m - £25m.

This project requires an experienced Site Manager to cordiinate and manage all buidling elements for thee project inlcuding:

* Steel frame construction

* Cladding

* Roofing

* M&E installation

* Solar PV Panels

* Scaffolding

* Finishing works and snagging

Requirements:

* A strong understanding and experience of steel frame buidlign construction packages

* JCT contract experience and knowledge

* SMSTS & CSCS cards

Rewards:

* Freelance contract for around 12 months in Wolverhampton

* Daily rate £350 - £400 depending on experience and location
