Respond to inbound enquiries and create tailored quotations. Arrange and lead productive client meetings to understand and deliver their logistical needs. Consistently meet and exceed sales and GP targets.What we're looking for Proven success in Business Development within the freight forwarding industry (2-3 years' experience minimum). Strong background in Air / Road / Sea operations. A track record of exceeding monthly GP targets. Self‑motivated, driven, and resilient-able to thrive under pressure and work independently.
