Front of House Receptionist

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 (DOE)
Location: Leeds City Centre
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

We are seeking a professional, welcoming, and highly organised Front of House Receptionist to join our client's growing Leeds office. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of their front‑of‑house and hospitality services.

This is an exciting time to join their team as they expand from one to two floors, enhancing their workspace with a dedicated client suite and exclusive roof terraces for both clients and employees. You will help ensure these areas are maintained to the highest standard and provide a warm, polished welcome for all visitors.

You will be part of a friendly, supportive general office team, working collaboratively across departments to deliver a consistent, high‑quality service.

The Key Responsibilities of the Front of House Receptionist:

Greet clients and visitors professionally and warmly, escorting them to meeting rooms or waiting areas
Provide refreshments and ensure guests receive exceptional hospitality
Manage all aspects of meeting room usage, including booking, preparation, setup, and technology checks
Arrange refreshments and ensure all meeting spaces are presented to a high standard
Support the smooth running of the Leeds office through a range of administrative tasks
Assist with overflow telephone calls when required
Maintain a tidy, organised, and welcoming reception and front‑of‑house environment
Support office projects, events, and initiatives that enhance workplace experience
Play an active role in delivering a first‑class client experience within the newly expanded office and client suite
Occasionally work flexibly to support events or out‑of‑hours needsThe Key Requirements of the Front of House Receptionist:
