Front of House Receptionist / Luxury Cosmetic Hospital
You must be very well presented with some luxury front of house or receptionist experience.
Duties
* Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable
* Manage appointment bookings and schedule consultations using our administrative systems
* Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries, and direct messages efficiently
* Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, reflecting the clinic’s luxury standards
* Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing payments
* Coordinate with practitioners to ensure smooth daily operations
