Work Location: Bournemouth, UK (onsite role - 5 days from office)
Job Description:
Required skills/experience
* Strong full stack engineering background with deep expertise in Java and Spring/Spring Boot
* Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (preference for AWS)
* Experience using AI-assisted developer tools to improve engineering productivity (preference for agentic AI exposure)
* Solid data analysis skills and comfort working with data-driven applications
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions for complex business and technical problems
* Apply sound engineering judgment and innovative thinking to deliver solutions beyond standard patterns when needed
* Contribute to technical architecture and design/build resilient microservices (scalability, reliability, maintainability)
