The Role

The Ideal Candidate

The school is looking for someone who:

* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)

* Has experience of, or a strong interest in, SEMH or SEND settings

* Demonstrates excellent behaviour management and relationship-building skills

* Is adaptable, reflective, and committed to continuous professional development
