The Role

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, adaptive teaching that meets the individual needs of pupils, supporting both academic progress and personal development.
Key responsibilities include:
* Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
* Supporting pupils with SEMH needs through strong, consistent relationships
* Creating a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
* Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals
* Promoting confidence, independence, and emotional resilience in all pupils
The Ideal Candidate
The school is looking for someone who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
* Has experience of, or a strong interest in, SEMH or SEND settings
* Demonstrates excellent behaviour management and relationship-building skills
* Is adaptable, reflective, and committed to continuous professional development
