Overview
We are currently recruiting an experienced Ganger for a long-term contract based at BAE Systems in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a secure, well‑run site with a consistent Monday to Thursday working week.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and supervising a small gang on site
Ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification
Coordinating daily activities and allocating tasks
Maintaining health & safety standards at all times
Liaising with supervisors and site management
Reporting progress and any issues on site
Requirements
Proven experience working as a Ganger
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good understanding of health & safety procedures
CSCS card (essential)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
