We’re currently recruiting Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join a busy team maintaining outdoor spaces across residential sites. If you enjoy working outdoors and want a role where you can see the results of your work every day, this could be a great fit.

Immediate starts available.

🔧 What you’ll be doing

* Grass cutting, hedge trimming, and general garden maintenance

* Litter picking and keeping outdoor areas clean and presentable

* Clearing leaves and supporting seasonal tasks (e.g. gritting in winter)

* Ensuring pathways and entrances are safe and tidy

* Reporting any damage, hazards, or fly-tipping

* Using tools such as strimmers, mowers, and leaf blowers

✅ What you’ll need

* Full UK driving licence (essential)

* Ability to drive a 3.5 tonne van (trailer experience helpful but not required)

* Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or similar

* Physically fit and happy working outdoors in all weather

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
