Gas Engineer (Services, Breakdowns & Installations) Barnet | No Call Out | Temp to Perm Looking for a well-paid, no call out role with a steady workload and long-term opportunity? We're working with a leading Housing Association in Barnet who are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to join their team on a Temp-Perm basis. This is a great opportunity for engineers who want consistency, realistic workloads and strong earning potential. The Role: * Carrying out annual gas services * Diagnosing and repairing boiler breakdowns * Completing domestic boiler and heating system installations * Working across occupied social housing properties * Delivering work in line with Gas Safety regulations and best practice * Maintaining a strong first-time-fix approach * Completing an average of 6-7 jobs per day (quality over quantity) Package Overview: * Company van & fuel card provided * NO call out – excellent work/life balance * Stable social housing contract * Analyser, phone, uniform & PPE supplied * Ongoing training & progression opportunities * Overtime available (including Saturdays) Once Permanent: * 25 days holiday + bank holiday * Buy & Sell Holiday scheme * Life Assurance (3x annual salary) Requirements: * Strong experience in domestic gas servicing, breakdowns and installations * Previous Housing Association Experience (preffered) * Previous Social Housing Experience (neccessary) * Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Good customer service and communication Essential ACS Qualifications: * CCN1 * CENWAT * HTR1 * CKR1 This role is ideal for engineers looking for a varied workload, strong earning potential and long-term stability - all without the pressure of call out.
