Role Overview
In this position, you will be responsible for carrying out a mixture of:
* Annual gas boiler servicing
* Fault finding and breakdown repairs
* General maintenance of domestic heating systems
You will be working within occupied social housing properties, delivering high-quality service while ensuring compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform scheduled annual gas services efficiently and to a high standard
* Diagnose and repair boiler faults and heating system issues
* Ensure all works comply with current gas safety regulations
* Complete accurate job reports and documentation
* Provide excellent customer service to residents
Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
* Extensive experience in domestic gas servicing and breakdowns
* Previous experience working within social housing environments
* Valid and in-date ACS qualifications:
* CCN1
* CENWAT
* HTR1
* CKR1
* Full UK driving licence
Salary & Benefits
* On Target Earnings: £45,000
* Company van and fuel card provided
* All equipment supplied (analyser, uniform, phone, PPE)
