Salary: £40,000 + up to 8% bonus

Hours: Monday–Friday
Travel: Own vehicle required – sites are located close to each other around the Newmarket area
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Gas Safe Plumber to join an established team maintaining a prestigious portfolio of luxury private estates and high-end residential properties around Newmarket.
Day to day:
* Planned & reactive plumbing maintenance
* Hot & cold-water systems
* Central heating and associated pipework
* Drainage and waste systems
* Fault finding, repairs and installations
* Testing closed-loop heating circuits
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing or equivalent
* Gas Safe registered
* Unvented qualification
* Strong plumbing maintenance experience
* Full UK driving licence
* Own vehicle for travel between sites
This is a mobile role covering sites around the Newmarket area. The properties are located close to each other, however a company vehicle and fuel card are not provided, so you will need your own transport.
