Monday – Friday | 42.5 hours per week | No Call-Out
We currently have a vacancy with one of our leading Housing Association clients for an exiting temp-to-perm opportunity. This is a fantastic chance to secure long-term, stable work within the social housing sector without the pressure of call-out duties.
THE ROLE:
As a Service & Breakdown Engineerm you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance across domestic social housing properties. Your day to day will include:
* Carrying out repairs, servicing and fault finding on domestic gas boilers and appliances
* Completing 6-8 jobs per day on average
* Working efficiently using a PDA system
* Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards
* Area: Waltham Forest
* Monday - Friday
* 42.5 hours per week
* Social Housing properties
* 6-8 jobs per day on average
* Work via a PDA
* No call-out rota
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in heating/gas engineering
* At least 3 years’ experience within social housing
* Up-to-date gas qualifications (essential)
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Checkable references
* Full availability Monday to Friday
