Job Title: Gas Service Engineer

Location: South East London

Paying: £48,000 - £52,000 w/ Van and Fuel Card (Private use)

Job Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:

* Carrying out servicing works within social housing environments.

* Complete annual gas safety checks on domestic boilers and appliances

* Issuing CP12 certificates to tenants

* Good customer service upon every visit

Requirements:

* Full UK Driving License

* Full domestic ACS

* Minumum 3 years experience carrying out servicing work

* Experience within social housing (desirable)
