General Labourer
GENERAL LABOURER (CSCS) – IMMEDIATE START – LONG TERM PROJECT Prime Workforce are currently recruiting for a General Labourer to join a busy refurbishment project in Chryston, working alongside principal contractor, which is a well-established Construction Contractor throughout the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable and hard-working individuals seeking immediate starts and long-term, stable employment on a well-managed construction site. 🔨 The Role As a General Labourer, you will play a key part in supporting the smooth running of the project. Duties will include: * General site cleaning and maintaining high housekeeping standards * Loading and unloading deliveries and materials * Assisting skilled trades and site operatives * Erecting safety fencing and barriers * Removing potential hazards to maintain a safe working environment * Supporting site management with day-to-day operational tasks All work will be carried out under the supervision of the site management team, ensuring adherence to health & safety standards at all times. 📍 Project Details Location: Chryston, North Lanarkshire Project: Ongoing refurbishment works Duration: Ongoing until November 2026 Start Date: ASAP 💷 Pay & Benefits * £12.60 per hour (PAYE) * Weekly pay * Paid Holidays 31 days per year (including bank holidays) * Additional PAYE benefits 🕒 Working Hours * Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30 * Friday: 07:30 – 15:00 (Early Finish) Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with an early finish heading into the weekend. ✅ Requirements * Valid CSCS Card (Mandatory) * Background working as a CSCS Labourer is desirable * Strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in * Reliable and punctual ❌ No PVG / DBS required ❌ No driving licence required This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for individuals who are serious about building a future within construction.
