The Role

A major part of the role is managing the summer short‑stay operation - driving revenue, delivering an excellent guest experience and ensuring a seamless transition between student and summer occupancy.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead safe, compliant day‑to‑day operations
* Recruit, train and develop the onsite team
* Manage budgets, forecasting and cost control
* Drive sales performance and local outreach
* Oversee rent collection and resident welfare
* Deliver engagement and community‑building initiatives
* Run the full summer short‑let business
* Build strong local partnerships to enhance brand presence
About You
You're a confident, commercially minded operator with strong leadership skills and a passion for high standards. You bring experience in residential, hospitality or accommodation management, with solid financial understanding and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
