General Manager Location: West London – Onsite Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Company Car or £380 per month Car Allowance   The opportunity for the General Manager Lead the Operation. Drive Performance. Own the Results. A well-established passenger transport operator in West London is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its busy operation. The business delivers high-quality bus and coach services to Heathrow hotels, operates routes across Surrey, provides private hire services, and supports airside operations for major airlines. This is a senior leadership role with full operational and financial accountability. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing daily operational delivery and service performance Leading, developing and managing management and frontline teams Driving budget control, cost efficiency and financial performance Ensuring full compliance with safety, DVSA and regulatory standards Implementing strategic plans to improve reliability and customer satisfaction Maintaining high standards across fleet, people and operational processes  What We’re Looking For form the General Manager Proven senior leadership experience within transport, fleet or logistics operations Strong operational and strategic planning capability Budget management and financial accountability experience Sound understanding of compliance, safety and regulatory frameworks Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work on-site in Stanwell Transport industry experience highly desirable Transport Manager CPC essential (or willingness to obtain within 12 months) Degree in Business, Management or related field (desirable)If you are interested in the role of General Manager role, Then please apply today
