General Operative

DC Personnel is currently recruiting for a number of General Operatives on behalf of our client based in the Wigston area of Leicester. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for the right candidates. Role Details: • Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Full-Time) • Hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm, with an early finish on Fridays • Pay Rate: £12.25 per hour • Opportunity: Long-term position for suitable candidates Please note: This role can be physically demanding at times. It involves periods of standing, manual handling, and working within a controlled cleanroom environment while wearing full PPE. Key Responsibilities: • Preparation of bottles and/or caps prior to manufacturing • Cleaning facilities daily across all manufacturing areas in line with approved cleaning schedules • Loading, unloading, and cleaning of isolators • Performing basic operations within isolators, including filling, capping, and inspection • Conducting in-process checks and sampling throughout the manufacturing process • Completing Batch Manufacturing Records and Batch Packaging Records as required • Preparing packaging components for use in manufacturing and packaging operations • Ensuring training records are maintained accurately and kept up to date Ideal Candidate Profile: • A minimum of one year’s experience within a production or cleanroom environment (advantageous) • Physically fit and comfortable undertaking manual and repetitive tasks • Able to withstand periods of unloading and loading • A flexible and reliable approach to work • A positive attitude with the ability to use initiative • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards To Apply: • Please follow the application link provided or email your CV to (url removed) • DC Personnel is acting as an employment business in relation to this vacancy
