Apply NowA well‑established property practice is looking to appoint a General Practice Surveyor.
This is a long‑established, independent property practice with a small, close‑knit team and a strong presence across the Kent market. The firm handles a broad mix of general practice work, with much of its instructions coming from long‑standing client relationships and repeat business. The team works collaboratively, takes a practical approach, and values people who know the area well and can contribute steadily across a varied professional workload.
What you’ll be doing:
* Working across a broad general practice remit, including agency, landlord & tenant, valuation and property management work (with agency and valuation as the key required areas).
* Handling professional instructions such as rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations.
* Supporting and advising a range of long-standing clients across ongoing general practice work.
* Managing your own varied caseload with increasing autonomy as you settle into the role.
* Contributing to the wider team by taking on work as required across different service areas.
The portfolio:
You’ll cover a well‑established regional patch, working with a diverse mix of industrial, office and land assets. The workload is varied, busy and commercially interesting, with a strong pipeline and a loyal client base.
What we’re looking for:
* A General Practice Surveyor to join the team
* MRICS‑qualified (6 months+ PQE)
* A confident and well‑rounded individual
