The Role:
As part of the Research & Analysis Team, you will play a key role in supporting:
* Planning applications and appeals
* The promotion of land for development
* Preparation of planning policy work
You’ll be working on a wide range of projects, providing data-driven insights and supporting planners with evidence-based research.
What We’re Looking For:
* A degree in Geography, Town Planning, or a related field
* Strong numeracy and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence working with data
* IT literacy, including word processing, database management, and spreadsheets
* A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
