GM - Restaurant - High End Street Food - Not QSR

A General manager is required for an exciting & modern street food inspired restaurant (Not QSR*) in the centre of Birmingham. The restaurant is well renowned for its fresh and flavourful dishes with and exciting atmosphere.

This restaurant really wants to pivot away from its competitors by upscaling the service and attention to detail. So calling out all fine dining Restaurant & General Managers who want to work somewhere more casual but with high & consistent standards. So not QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)

Birmingham Restaurant GM Snapshot:

Salary – £45k + Bonus + Tips
Straight shifts
2 x Early Shifts and 3 Lates per week
Great location in the centre of Birmingham
Free staff meals
Financially sound and stable ownership with huge plans on horizon
A blend of FOH and elements of kitchen experience would be beneficial but no essential.
You will treat this business as one of your own – coming up with ideas and how to improve the operation – you will have full support of the restaurant director. There are 5 restaurants in total with plans for more so this is an eating opportunity to grow with the company.
