Graduate BIM/Revit Technician
Working alongside engineers and senior BIM specialists, you will develop your knowledge of BIM standards, MEP systems, and digital construction processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and maintain detailed Revit MEP models.
* Produce 2D drawings and 3D coordinated models.
* Assist with clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.
* Support the development of BIM documentation and workflows.
* Produce drawings from RIBA Stage 2 through Stage 4.
* Collaborate with architects, structural engineers and MEP designers.
* Ensure models comply with BIM standards and project requirements.
* Participate in project coordination meetings.
* Maintain accurate project records and model revisions.
Essential Requirements
* Degree or HND in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Technology, Construction, BIM, or a related discipline.
* Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
* Understanding of BIM principles.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills
* Revit MEP experience through university projects or placements.
* Navisworks knowledge.
* AutoCAD experience.
* Understanding of ISO 19650.
* Awareness of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, public health)
