Graduate Learning Support Assistant

We’re supporting a welcoming top 10 Hampshire secondary school in Winchester to appoint a Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join their SEND team from April 2026. This role gives you hands-on classroom experience while building the confidence and practical skills needed for a future in education. What you’ll be doing * Supporting students with SEND across year groups * Working 1:1 and in small groups * Building positive, consistent relationships * Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation * Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff You’ll play a key role in helping students grow in confidence and independence.
