Placement Year Opportunity – SEN Support Assistant Bournemouth Looking for a placement that actually makes a difference? What You’ll Be Doing Supporting students with needs such as autism, learning difficulties, and communication challenges Working one-to-one and in small groups to support learning and development Helping deliver creative, personalised learning activities Encouraging independence, confidence, and social skills Being a positive role model and building meaningful connections with pupils Who This Is For We’re looking for students who are: Currently studying (or about to undertake) a placement year Interested in education, psychology, health & social care, or related fields Compassionate, patient, and genuinely interested in supporting young people              What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience that employers actually value A deeper understanding of SEN and inclusive education Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills A rewarding experience you can genuinely talk about in interviews All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
