Integra Education are looking for Graduates to work in secondary schools across the area of Warrington and join our Integrad Scheme.

This is an excellent platform ahead of a career in Teaching, Learning Support, Educational/Clinical Psychology or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

Working with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis that require additional learning support
Work in partnership with teachers and educational specialists
Foster a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
Observe and record progress to inform personalised support plans
Role information

Pay rates starting at £530 a week
Full time Monday to Friday with general working hours being 8:30-3:30
Positions available for the rest of the academic year and for September 2026 onwards
Opportunity to earn a permanent contract after an initial temporary period
Clear pathway into teaching or a related educational field
The Ideal Candidate

Will hold a UK based degree
Demonstrates a genuine passion for education and supporting young people
Strong communication skills and ability to form positive relationships with students
Has patience, resilience, and empathy
Can confidently support small groups or individual pupils
