JAM Management is recruiting five talented STEM graduates for an established technology company specialising in enterprise software, cloud communications and customer experience solutions.
We're looking for academically strong graduates who enjoy technology, solving problems and understanding how software systems operate.
What we're looking for: Graduate Technical Support Engineer

First Class or 2:1 degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related STEM discipline.
*
Good understanding of software applications, operating systems and IT fundamentals.
*
Some programming knowledge, ideally C#, Python, JavaScript or TypeScript.
*
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
*
Confident communication skills and a willingness to learn.
The opportunity: Graduate Technical Support Engineer
You'll work alongside experienced technical teams, investigating software issues, supporting enterprise applications and developing your knowledge of cloud-based technologies.
Structured training, mentoring and long-term career development are provided.
Salary: £35,000–£38,000.
