Ground Worker

Groundworker £19-21 per hour Temporary (12 months) 40 hours Staffordshire Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Groundworker to carry out repairs and maintenance on a temporary basis in and around the Staffordshire area. Responsibilities of the Groundworker: Complete general repairs and maintenance on social housing properties Carry out fencing, slabbing, brickwork, block work and rendering Remove and refit rainwater and soil pipes Cutback and prune trees and shrubs Report any potential repairs and safeguarding issues Arrange materials for site Utilise a PDA Adhere to all health and safety regulations Essential Experience of the Groundworker: Basic DBS Full UK Driving Licence Experience of working in a similar role ideally within social housing.
