Grounds Maintenance Operative

Bideford

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm (37 hours per week)

Pay: £14.50 per hour

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a hardworking and friendly team in Bideford. This is a seasonal position, ideal for someone with strong horticulture and grounds maintenance skills who enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Mowing, strimming, and general grass care
Planting and maintenance of flower beds and borders
Hedge cutting and shrub pruning
General grounds upkeep and horticultural tasksRequirements:

Previous experience in grounds maintenance and horticulture (essential)
Full UK driving licence (essential - travel required across Torridge District)
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Good level of physical fitness
