The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a small but growing team, working across a variety of commercial sites. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards while contributing to the continued growth of the business.
This position offers a clear pathway into a Team Leader role for the right candidate.
You will be based from our yard near Aldermaston, with a mix of team-based and independent work, requiring a high level of professionalism and self-motivation.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality grounds maintenance across multiple commercial sites
* Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
* Maintain excellent standards of presentation and attention to detail
* Work independently and manage workloads effectively
* Represent the company professionally on-site
* Support the growth and development of the business
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in grounds maintenance
* PA1 & PA6 certification (desirable)
* Full UK clean driving licence (held for at least 2 years)
* Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, professional, and career-focused
* Ability to commute to Aldermaston
