Apply NowWe're looking for Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join a friendly and dedicated team responsible for keeping communal areas safe, clean, welcoming and looking their best.
You'll work across Windsor, Ascot, Bracknell, Slough and surrounding areas, maintaining green spaces and outdoor areas that customers use every day.
You'll have the flexibility to manage your workload within a fortnightly schedule, while working alongside colleagues who take pride in making a visible difference to the communities they serve.
What You'll Be Doing
Maintaining communal grassed areas, including mowing and general upkeep.
Maintaining hedges, shrubs, borders and planted areas.
Keeping communal estates clean, tidy, safe and welcoming.
Identifying and responding to hazards and environmental issues.
Supporting soft landscaping activities.
Assisting with minor tree work where required.
Using grounds maintenance equipment safely and responsibly.
Delivering a professional and customer-focused service across all areas.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards across the estates.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes genuine pride in delivering a job well done.
You'll be:
Positive, reliable and proactive.
Passionate about maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces.
Customer-focused and professional.
Comfortable working independently while being part of a team.
Organised, with a good eye for detail.
Able to manage your workload and complete tasks to a high standard.
Committed to working safely and responsibly.
Full Driving License
