Grounds Maintenance Operative Exmouth & East Devon District | £13.69 per hour | Full-Time Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join a recycling and environmental services team covering the East Devon District. Reporting into Exmouth, this is a hands-on, outdoor role supporting maintenance operations across multiple locations. Key Duties Grass cutting and strimming. Hedge pruning. Operate mechanical plant, tools, and vehicles, providing support across the district. Digging, bedding, planting, and watering. Hoeing and weeding. Requirements Full UK driving licence - essential. Previous experience in a manual or outdoor maintenance role. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Physically fit with the ability to carry out manual handling and heavy lifting. Reliable, flexible, and self-motivated approach to work. What We Offer Pay rate of £13.69 per hour. Day shift working pattern: 07:30-16:30 Mon-Wed, 07:30-16:00 Thu-Fri.
