Apply NowWe are looking for a reliable and proactive Groundskeeper / Handy Person to help maintain the outdoor areas of the large residential estate and assist with general property upkeep. The role involves gardening, general maintenance and basic building checks (fire alarms) to ensure the premises remains clean, safe, and well-presented. Must hold a Full UK Drivers Licence
Key Responsibilities
* General gardening duties including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, weeding, and planting
* Leaf blowing, emptying bins and keeping outdoor areas tidy
* Basic property maintenance and upkeep
* Testing fire alarms and reporting any issues
* Carrying out routine checks around the property
* Must have a Full UK Drivers Licence
