Groundworker

Job Title: Groundworker Location: Banbury (Rail Project) Duration: Long-term Responsibilities: Carry out all aspects of groundworks on a rail infrastructure project Drainage installation (deep and shallow drainage) Foundations, footings, and concrete works Ducting and utility installations Excavation, backfilling, and reinstatement works Kerbing, edging, and finishing works Work from drawings and site plans Maintain high health & safety standards at all times Work effectively as part of a groundworks team Requirements: Valid CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card (essential) Proven experience in all aspects of groundworks Experience working on rail or infrastructure projects preferred Good understanding of health & safety procedures Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Additional Benefits: Long-term, consistent work Travel and lodge contribution for candidates travelling over 50 miles
