Groundworker

Job Description – Groundworkers (3 Positions) We are seeking three experienced Groundworkers who hold valid Machine, Dumper, and Roller tickets. The ideal candidates will be confident working across a wide range of groundworks activities and able to integrate smoothly into a busy, high‑standards team. Key Responsibilities Operate plant and machinery including dumper, roller, and associated equipment in a safe and competent manner. Carry out all aspects of groundworks, including: Plot drainage Foundations Roads and infrastructure works Deliver high‑quality finishing works, which is the primary focus of the role. Work effectively as part of a small team to meet programme deadlines. Maintain high safety standards and follow site procedures at all times. Requirements Valid Machine/Dumper/Roller tickets (CPCS or NPORS). Proven experience across full‑scope groundworks. Strong finishing skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
