Job Title: Groundworks & Reinstatement Gangs (1-3 Year Contract) * Location: Lincoln (Stapleford / LN6) * Salary: Competitive – Dependent on Experience * Job Type: Full-Time / Contract (Long-term) * Hours: 06:30 – 16:30 (9 Hours Paid Yard-to-Yard) Are you looking for genuine stability? We are recruiting for 2 and 3-man Reinstatement Gangs to join a premier, family-run civil engineering firm in Lincoln. Unlike standard site work, this is a 1-to-3-year contract focusing on high-spec pothole reinstatement and highway maintenance. We are looking for high-caliber lads who want a consistent "home" for the next few years. The Setup * Yard-to-Yard: Your day starts at the yard in Stapleford (LN6) at 06:30. * Travel Included: You jump in the company vehicle, travel to the day's locations, and arrive back at the yard for a 16:30 finish. * Clean Pay: You are paid 9 hours per day, which includes your travel time in the company van. Roles Required We are looking for complete gangs or individual operatives with the following tickets: * 7.5t / Class 2 Drivers (Must be willing to assist with groundworks/raking) * 360 Excavator Ops (Tracked) * Rubber Duck Drivers (Wheeled) * Skilled Groundworkers (Saw-cutting, hot-lay, and compaction) Requirements * Attitude: This is a "muck-in" role. If you are a "steering wheel holder" who only sits in the cab, this isn't for you. Every member of the gang assists with the reinstatement. * Tickets: Valid CPCS/NPORS for machines; CPC/Tacho for drivers. * NRSWA: Highly desirable (at least one per gang should hold this). * Reliability: You must be local to Lincoln/Nottingham and capable of a consistent 06:30 start.
