Groundworks Gangs

Job Description: Groundworks Gang Location: Somerset Area, Taunton, Chard etc Type: Permanent / Contract / Temporary Role Overview: We are looking for a Groundworks gang to work on some minor civils project. The works will be working alongside Somerset council, working on basic groundworks, concrete, drainage etc. We are looking for a gang that is experienced in these sorts of works and can read/understand drawings. Key Responsibilities: * Groundworks, drainage and general minor civils on the project * Deveg works * Gang to be made up of a Ganger, Machine op and a groundworker Essential Skills & Qualifications: * Civils background * SSSTS or SMSTS, 360, NRSWA, First Aid * Any other tickets would be advantageous * Ability to use initiative and work on jobs independently * Strong problem-solving and communication skills Desirable: * First Aid certification * Utility mapping experience * Willingness to travel and work flexible hours If interested, please apply and one of our consultants will call you back
