Are you an experienced RMN looking for an opportunity to influence clinical standards and specialist care across a national organisation?

We are working with a well-established care provider to appoint a Group Clinical Lead into a highly influential senior leadership position.

Working closely with senior Quality, Regulation and Operational leaders, you will provide group-wide clinical leadership and assurance while helping shape the organisation's approach to specialist care.

This is an opportunity to move beyond individual service management and have a genuine impact across a national portfolio.

The Package:

£85,000 - £100,000 basic salary with a comprehensive benefits package including a car allowance.

The role:

As Group Clinical Lead, you will provide expert clinical leadership, challenge and support across the organisation, helping ensure consistently high standards of safe, effective and person-centred care.

You will:

Provide group-wide clinical leadership and professional nursing oversight.
Strengthen clinical governance, assurance and risk management.
Lead clinical standards across areas including medicines, falls, wounds, infection prevention, deterioration, care planning and documentation.
Provide specialist expertise across mental health, dementia, complex needs and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
Support services with complex admissions, clinical risks and challenging presentations.
Identify clinical trends and areas for improvement through audits, incidents, safeguarding, complaints and quality data.
Support CQC readiness and regulatory assurance.
Develop clinical policies, guidance, training and best practice.
Coach and influence Registered Managers, nurses and operational leaders.
Work with commissioners, ICBs, NHS teams, safeguarding professionals and other external stakeholders.
Provide leadership and oversight to specialist clinical/PBS colleagues.Who we're looking for You must be an RMN with current NMC registration and have substantial experience within mental health, dementia, complex needs and/or specialist care.

We would particularly like to hear from candidates with:

Senior clinical leadership experience within adult social care, specialist care, nursing or a related environment.
Strong knowledge of mental health, dementia, complex needs and PBS.
Excellent understanding of clinical governance, quality assurance and clinical risk.
Experience operating across multiple services or at regional/group level.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulation, safeguarding and the Mental Capacity Act.
The credibility to influence senior operational leaders while remaining connected to frontline clinical practice.
Experience supporting complex services, admissions or placements.
A track record of improving clinical standards and resident outcomes.You could currently be working as a Group Clinical Lead, National Clinical Lead, Head of Clinical Services, Head of Nursing, Clinical Governance Lead, Clinical Quality Lead or in a similar senior clinical position.
