Accrued Holiday (Pay rate + 30 days holiday) Semi‑Skilled: £14.00 | Skilled: £15.00 | Skilled + Uplift: £16.05 Advance Holiday (Holiday rolled into hourly rate) Semi‑Skilled: £15.83 | Skilled: £16.96 | Skilled + Uplift: £18.14 Hours That Work for You Monday to Friday - 07:00 to 15:30 (Steady days, no nights, weekends free) The Role As a GRP Laminator, you'll help build the components that make Sunseeker yachts iconic. Your work will include: Hand‑lay GRP laminating Preparing, laminating and releasing production moulds Working from detailed drawings Maintaining high‑end craftsmanship and consistency Collaborating with a skilled production teamEvery part you produce will end up on a luxury yacht that could be cruising anywhere from Monaco to Miami. What We're Looking For GRP laminating or composite experience from any industry Strong understanding of Health & Safety (especially around GRP) Great attention to detail A positive, proactive and reliable work ethicExperience in automotive, aerospace, marine, construction or similar?
