GSE Mechanic – Heathrow Airport

£45,000 – £53,000 | Monday to Friday | Heathrow

We are looking for experienced GSE Mechanics / Ground Support Equipment Technicians to join a growing airport engineering team at Heathrow Airport.

You will be working on a wide range of airport ground support equipment including:

* Aircraft air conditioning units (PCA/ACU)

* Diesel-powered GSE

* Electrical and PLC-controlled systems

* Airport HVAC support units

* Ground power and specialist airside equipment

GSE Mechanic The Role

* Service, maintenance and repair of GSE equipment

* Fault finding on electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems

* Working on diesel engines, HVAC systems and control panels

* Carrying out preventative maintenance inspections

* Supporting airport operations and airside engineering teams

GSE Mechanic Requirements

* Previous experience working on GSE equipment at an airport

* Experience with TLD, Lebrun, JBT, Textron or similar equipment desirable

* Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills

* Experience with hydraulics, diesel engines or industrial HVAC systems

* Full UK driving licence

* Airside/airport experience preferred

GSE Mechanic Package

* £45,000 – £53,000 salary DOE

* Monday to Friday shift pattern

* Overtime available

* Heathrow Airport location

* Permanent full-time role
