Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. * Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of civil/electrical systems and equipment. * Develop and implement electrical strategies and solutions for Grid Supply Projects (GSP). * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project integration and success. * Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members. Who We're Looking For: * Proven experience in a senior civil or electrical engineering role * Relevant qualifications in Engineering or a related field. * In-depth knowledge of civil/electrical systems, regulations, and industry best practices. * Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team. * Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders. * Experience with relevant software and tools used in electrical design and project management
