Key Duties: * Support Occupational Health team to provide first class occupational health services to our employees and management through ad hoc project work, including but not limited to: * Rebuilding Occupational Health intranet page in SharePoint to provide better user experience * Support Occupational Health & Wellbeing lead to review OH filing and improve records retention and deletion processes * Digitisation of forms and processes Ad hoc duties as requested Skills & Exp * Comprehensive Sharepoint experience * Data skills * Attention to detail * Data Protection role experience ideal but not mandatory * Full Microsoft Suite skills * PowerBI and PowerApp skills ideal but not mandatory Personal Attributes * Deliver results * Focus on customers * Improve our business * Communicate * Collaborate * Develop yourself
