Hands On Facilities Manager

£55,000 + Excellent Package
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Facilities Manager to join a busy commercial office environment based in Stratford.
This role would suit someone from a strong technical or building services background who is looking for a broader FM position while still remaining involved in day-to-day operational and maintenance activities.
Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day facilities management across a live commercial office environment
* Managing contractors and specialist service providers
* Supporting reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Building compliance and health & safety coordination
* Conducting building inspections and maintaining high workplace standards
* Supporting workplace projects, office moves, and general operations
* Remaining hands-on with maintenance support where required
Requirements:
* Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Services
* Strong hands-on maintenance or engineering background
* Experience managing contractors and compliance activities
* Good understanding of commercial building operations and H&S
Package:
* £55,000 basic salary
* 10% bonus
* 10% pension
* Private healthcare
* Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm
