Plumbing & Electrical: supporting plumber Fixing leaky taps/pipes, unclogging drains, supporting electrician with changing light fixtures, and replacing sockets etc Painting & Decorating: Touching up paint, wallpapering, and applying sealant. Carpentry & Assembly: Assembling furniture, installing shelving, and repairing doors. Exterior Maintenance: Cleaning gutters, jet washing patios, and basic landscaping. Requirements: Follow instructions of Site Service manager Be able to use hand, battery and power tools, step ladders Able to work safely and follow instructions Assist with office moves Assist with internal decorating Perform reactive maintenance tasks internally and externally Clean work areas after completion of tasks Cooperate with local supervisors to ensure works to do not disrupt business operations in work areas Use any PPE provided as per instructions Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
